We are a member of the Professor Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne's Value Innovation Network which consists of academics, corporate managers, and consultants certified in applying the methods of Value Innovation.
We offer experienced facilitators, strategic coaches, and research analysts to help you and your teams. Our consultants are both specialists in certain fields as well as generalists of strategic and organizational issues.
Ralph G. Trombetta, the founder of Value Innovation Associates, was an original member of Professors W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne's core team in the early 2000s prior to the launch of the Blue Ocean Strategy book.
