Kaye Hamilton-Smith
Kaye Hamilton-Smith has over fourteen years of consulting experience as an independent consultant and with the IBM Consulting Group in Toronto and New York City. Prior to consulting, Kaye rose to the executive level at IBM where she held progressively more responsible positions in sales and marketing over a fourteen-year career.
Kaye has extensive experience in the financial services industry. She has worked across all levels of management to facilitate strategic change and process innovation.
Kaye's expertise allows her to help executives create business strategies and then to turn those strategies into actionable operational plans. She is experienced in applying the tools and principles of the Balanced Scorecard to align organizations against a strategic change agenda and to track results to ensure implementation of the strategies.
Kaye received an MBA degree from the University of Toronto and a BA degree in French from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.
Kaye resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
